Job Responsibilities

1. Timely and accurate completion of the financial accounting and accounting processing of the US company's general ledger, taxation, etc. 2. Responsible for the company's receivables and payables financial processing 3. Establish ledger tracking for fixed asset depreciation/amortization, commercial financing/long-term capital transactions, etc., and complete accounting processing in a timely manner 4. Establish ledger tracking for the collection of accounts receivable for each customer, and follow up and resolve overdue accounts in a timely manner 5. Complete the monthly settlement and issue financial statements in a timely manner. 6. Communicate closely with the tax agent, complete relevant tax declarations in a timely manner, and do a good job of accounting processing. 7. Maintain communication with relevant departments, be proactive, and ensure the smooth development of business. 8. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management or other related majors. 2. Familiar with US accounting standards or international accounting standards. 3. General ledger work experience in US-funded enterprises or multinational companies, more than 3 years of experience in the logistics industry. 4. Proficient in using Quickbooks or other US-funded enterprise financial systems. 5. Good English reading and writing skills, good communication and coordination skills, stress resistance and team spirit 1. 本科以上学历，会计学、财务管理等相关专业。 2. 中级以上职称，熟悉美国会计准则或国际会计准则。 3. 美资企业或跨国企业总账工作经验，3年以上物流行业经验， 4. 熟练使用Quickbooks或其他美资企业财务系统。 5. 良好的英语读写能力，良好的沟通协调能力，抗压能力与团队精神
