Job Responsibilities

Job Description Working time: 36 working hours a week, including 24 hours teaching. Responsibilities: 1.Provide academic support during assigned hours. 2.Observe and evaluate students'work to determine progress and make suggestions for improvement. 3.Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs, ab仆ities and interests. 4.Motivate and support students through positive feedback and reinforcement 5.Communicate with parents as applicable. Job Requirements 1.At least one year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified 2.Bachelor degree 3.UK curriculum teaching experience is highly preferred Salary: 1.Base salary:18k-20k RMB/month from probation on 2.200RMB/hour commission on top of 70 hours each month 3.One month salary bonus at the end of the employment year after contract is renewed Benefits: 1.Company-paid health insurance 2.12 days of paid leave per year plus national holidays 3.Employee referral program 4.Reimbursement of air tickets up to 8000RMB per year
