We are seeking a highly motivated and diplomatic Bank Relationship Manager to join our team in Beijing. The Bank Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with banks and financial institutions, stakeholders, and partners, as well as to ensure smooth payment processing and maximize business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the banking industry or excellent skills in communicating with banking and financial institution stakeholders and other regulation bodies. You do have a proven track record of building successful partnerships and maintaining and embellishing relationships. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions globally. - Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with banks ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Pagsmile. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential business opportunities and risks. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of payment services with partner banks and financial regulators. - Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and internal teams regarding payment processing, compliance, and share any risk management feedback. - Conduct regular performance reviews of partner banks to ensure adherence to service level agreements and quality standards, identifying and exploring new partners or services for Pagsmile. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our bank relationship management strategies. - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on the status of bank relationships and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Proven experience as a Bank Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager, or a similar role in the banking or payment scope (preferred). - Strong knowledge or interest of international banking industry and payment regulations. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain strong long-lasting positive relationships. - Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Fluency in English is required, Mandarin is a plus.
