Job Responsibilities

1. Support strategic and operational leadership in shaping and delivering the University’s global engagement agenda; work closely with the Colleges/Schools and other administrative units. 2. Develop and maintain successful international partnerships with various universities, research institutions, international organizations, and companies. 3. Lead and coordinate events and programs of international collaboration and help raise the University’s global profile and visibility. 4. Be able to identify global opportunities and potential risks for the University’s international collaborations.

Job Requirements

1. Master’s Degree or above; applicants with relevant working experience will also be considered prioritized. 2. Native English speakers or those with advanced English language ability, who are excellent oral and written communication skills. 3. With three years of working experience in administrative or management positions. 4. Be familiar with working systems and environment of global higher education. 5. Be qualified to obtain work permit and work-type residence permit in China. DESIRED EXPERIENCE 1. Experience of working in higher education, particularly in managing complex international educational and research partnerships. 2. Excellent organizational and events management skills. 3. Strong cross-cultural competence and ability in international working environments. 4. Strong drafting, editing, and analytical skills. 5. Master a basic level of communication in Chinese.
