Job Responsibilities

Teach English to young children aged 3 - 6 through songs, games, stories, and hands - on activities. Design and implement age - appropriate lesson plans that align with the kindergarten's curriculum. Observe and assess children's development and progress, and communicate regularly with parents. Work closely with Chinese teachers to ensure a smooth bilingual teaching process. Participate in school events, such as parent - teacher meetings, festivals, and field trips.

Job Requirements

Native English speaker with a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field. A teaching certificate (e.g., TEFL, TESOL) is preferred. Experience in teaching young children is a plus. Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children. Good teamwork and communication skills.
