Job Responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities · Responsible for building and managing the delivery fulfillment team, monitoring and improving the delivery fulfillment process to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and high-quality services; · Responsible for data analysis and business reports of delivery business, monitoring delivery efficiency, cost and quality, timely adjustment and optimization of delivery plans; · Work closely with customer service, operations, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure the accuracy of the order information and reduce order exceptions and customer complaints; · Manage and follow up the service quality and performance capability of logistics suppliers and third-party logistics companies to establish long-term cooperation relationships; · Responsible for analyzing and solving problems in logistics, improving business operation efficiency, and continuously improving customer experience.
Job Requirements
Required qualifications/skills/experience · Logistics, operations management, and other related professional background is preferred; · More than 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, express delivery, and the delivery industry, including more than 1 year of experience in delivery fulfillment management; · Familiar with logistics and delivery process and related system operation, with strong data analysis and problem-solving ability; · Good communication and team management skills, able to effectively coordinate with internal departments and external logistics suppliers; · High sense of responsibility and stress tolerance, able to maintain a positive working attitude in a high-pressure environment.
