Job Responsibilities
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert to support the key HR and people related processes and systems, working closely with other subject matter experts in HR and IT • Participate in corporate and local HRIS projects • Provide support to HR users in solving system set-up and related topics • Troubleshoot system errors and issues as arose and assess options for resolution • Support execution of special updates and data audits of HR systems when required • Facilitate a variety of reports and ad hoc queries • Analyze data flow to, from, and within HR systems to identify, document and implement process improvements • Maintain procedures, guidelines and documentation for HR systems • Conduct user training on system functionalities • Make continuous improvement and recommendations to HR process and data owners for timely and accurate data management
Job Requirements
• University Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent • 2 – 3 years hands-on experience in Human Resources related systems, system analysis and process with such applications as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Kronos, EQMS Master Control or others • Exposure to project management • Knowledge of human resources plus skills in analytics, logical thinking and problem-solving • Skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and reporting services tools such as PowerQuery, SQL server and Power BI an advantage • Good communication and networking skills • Strong sense of responsibility and self-initiative • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin
