Job Responsibilities

Work as a technician in FTTH project; Mini/Micro cable blowing, including survey before operation, making a plan for blowing, blow machine installation and connection, cable blowing, trouble shooting, etc; Mini sub-pipe blowing into hose pipe(PE/PVC), including survey, planning, installation, operation, blowing and trouble shooting as well; Fiber splicing inside equipment room or joint closure; Fiber testing using OTDR and OPM; Fiber trouble shooting, location and repair; Testing report review and approval.

Job Requirements

Familiar with optical fiber performance and technical; Proficient in optical cable/sub-pipe blowing, fiber splicing, fiber testing; More than 2 years’ related experience in optical fiber engineering industry; Have the basic knowledge of FTTX network structure; Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; Proficient in English, German is not a must but could be an adding point; Candidates with experience in Austrian fiber optic construction are preferred.
