Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities: 1. Fully responsible for the team management, operation management, and policy research of the subsidiary, and regularly report to the headquarters. 2. According to the setting of the headquarters' organizational structure of subsidiaries, rationally and effectively allocate human resources and carry out team building and management, to stimulate employees' work enthusiasm and creativity, and improve work efficiency. 3. Coordinate and supervise the work of the team, ensure the company's compliant operation, and do a good job in preventing risks such as finance, taxation, and employment 4. Responsible for supplier relationship maintenance, customer relationship maintenance, etc. 5. Responsible for understanding the relevant local policies, maintaining contact with relevant local government departments, and improving the company's daily operating efficiency. 6. Assist the headquarters in managing compliance operations in European countries, and be able to travel to various European countries.
Job Requirements
Language Skills: Chinese, English 1. Bachelor's degree or above, in business, IT and other related majors preferred, with more than six years of background in operators and IT industry is preferred. 2.
