Job Responsibilities

1. According to the company's sales strategy and local market conditions, help sales VP to define the local sales plan; 2. Responsible for the development of the local market, customer visits, business negotiations, leading the development and maintenance of new and old customers through various channels and keep good relationship with local customers; 3. Responsible for the company's personal care appliances, baby feeding auxiliary, home kitchen and bathroom, water cup related product line sales target; Ensure achieve sales budget and collections; 4. Follow and coordinate customer’s projects; Manage and maintain customer product prices, and be responsible for customer credit risk monitoring; 5. Collect and feedback the suggestion and complain after the new product promotion, and organize the company’s resource to follow and solve these complains; 6. Follow up customer complaints and claims, analyze the causes and take timely corrective and preventive measures; Maintain effective communication and efficient cooperation with relevant departments and personnel within the company; 7. Define customer visit plan、budget, and get approve. Responsible for customer visit reception and visit customers; 8. Analysis and report customers, projects, orders and payment collection on a regular basis; Compare the actual status and budget, and define improvement measures; 9. Job Requirements

1. College degree or above in international trade or related major; 2. More than 6 years of international trade related work experience; Has related resources of personal care appliances, baby feeding auxiliary, home kitchen and bathroom, water cup related product lines; 3. Familiar with the knowledge and process of international trade, with good industry experience; 4. Good market judgment ability. Good management skills, planning and execution ability; 5. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; Strong observation and strain ability, can effectively solve emergencies; 6. Has local target customer resources, similar product experience, and local people is preferred.
