Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales to provide technical support for customers. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve Silicon substrate issues. Customer specification review and technical communication on client-side product applications, product characteristics and requirements. Sample tracking management and feedback (tracking the usage of samples on the client-side, understanding product yield information). Customer information collection and analysis, sample abnormal feedback handling (timely handling of sample problems on the client-side and understanding customer feedback). Responsible for preparing for the weekly meeting and other urgent or temporary tasks.
