Job Responsibilities
1、According to the company's development strategy and business needs, the development of human resources planning, to provide human resources protection for the company, and to participate in the development of human resources strategy in Thailand, to promote the continuous improvement of human resources management in Thailand; 根据公司的发展战略和业务需求,制定人力资源规划,为公司提供人力资源保障,且参与制定泰国公司的人力资源策略,推动泰国公司人力资源管理的持续改进; 2、handle the procedures of employee onboarding, leaving, transferring, etc., and maintaining good employee relations; 处理员工入职、离职、转岗等手续,维护良好的员工关系; 3、Design and organize staff training programs to enhance the professional skills and overall quality of employees; 设计和组织员工培训项目,提升员工的专业技能和综合素质; 4、Develop and implement the compensation and benefit policies of the Thai company, and ensure that employees' compensation and benefits match the performance of the Thai company and the market level; 制定和执行泰国公司的薪酬福利政策,确保员工的薪酬福利与泰国公司的业绩和市场水平相匹配; 5、Establish and maintain the performance management system of the Thai company, formulate performance indicators and appraisal standards, organize performance evaluation and feedback, and promote the improvement of employee performance. 建立和维护泰国公司的绩效管理体系,制定绩效指标和考核标准,组织绩效评估和反馈,推动员工绩效的提升。
Job Requirements
1、College degree or above, with academic background in human resource management, psychology, sociology and other related majors; 大专或以上学历,具备人力资源管理、心理学、社会学等相关专业的学历背景; 2、Have some HR work experience, familiar with Thailand's human resource management regulations and practices; 具备一定的HR工作经验,熟悉泰国的人力资源管理法规和实践; 3、Strong learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly adapt to different working environment and cultural background; 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力,能够迅速适应不同的工作环境和文化背景; 4、Be able to use English and Thai language to communicate in work proficiently, and be able to read and understand relevant HR documents and information; 能够熟练使用英语和泰语进行工作交流,能够阅读和理解相关的人力资源文件和资料; 5、With a high sense of responsibility, professionalism and good work ethics, attention to detail and accuracy, able to keep the company's business secrets. 具备高度的责任感、敬业精神和良好的职业道德,注重细节和准确性,能够保守公司的商业机密。
