Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of project resources for the hotel group in Malaysia, based on the company's site selection requirements, searching, screening, evaluating, signing target properties or cooperative investors, and achieving development targets 2. Responsible for conducting business negotiations with partners, following up on project signing, launching, and collecting payments 3. Responsible for enhancing the brand awareness of Shangmei Hotel in the Malaysian market and expanding its overseas presence

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, hotel management, finance, or economics; 2. Work location: Kuala Lumpur (permanent) 3. Language: Malay+Chinese/English 4. Good image and temperament, honest and upright, with good teamwork spirit and service awareness; 5. Good leadership skills, negotiation ability, communication and coordination ability, learning ability, and execution ability; 6. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure
