Job Responsibilities

1. Ability to model business data & workflows and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications within the Finance and Accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, Inventory, FA, PO, Cash Management, Project Accounting and Financial reporting. 2. Ability to model business processes and data as it relates to the full end-to-end business operation including order to cash, procure to pay process, record to report. 3. Deliver high quality solutions to end-users, including design, development, integration, data migration, and documentation. 4. Coordinate with IT and business teams to provide thought leadership, architectural strategy, and solution recommendations. 5. Engage closely with the extended Dynamics 365 team to test and promote solutions from development and sandbox to production environments. 6. Validate and implement out of box or standard Dynamics 365 functionality and modules. 7. Design, solution, and implement customized features and functionality where necessary. 8. Define clear and expansive user test cases and testing scenarios for validating standard and custom solutions prior to implementation. 9. Validation of security and access permissions following segregation of duties guidelines. 10. Implement integrations with other 3rd party applications on premise and in the cloud. 11. Build data migration and integration mappings. 12. Apply Agile project management approaches to delivering work product. 13. Define and Customize Reporting and Dashboards. 14. Business user training, documentation and L2/L3 helpdesk support.

Job Requirements

lanuague requirement: English+Chinese (can speak and listen) • B.S. Degree in either Computer Science or Accounting • 5+ Years related job experience • MS Dynamics 365 Certification desired • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or AX • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations proficiency in following modules: GL, AP, AR, Cash, Fixed Assets, PO, Inventory, Project Management and Accounting, Tax • Design/build/test/deploy functionality built/configured in Dynamics 365 • Experience with Data Management (import/export) • Support IT Projects for optimization or cost-efficiency along with ability to take direction and collaborate/lead multiple concurrent projects • Can offer and support multi-tiered services • Security, Delegation of Authority rules and Best Practice proficiency • Experience building test cases and scenarios and through validation of end-to-end solutions. • Experience with configuring MS Flow, MS PowerApps is a plus • Knowledge of Power BI design and embedded PowerBI • Knowledge of Accounting principles • Ability to work with a diverse set of users from upper management to field users and to be able to communicate effectively across groups • Global team experience a plus • MS Azure proficiency a plus but not required
