Job Responsibilities
Conduct site surveys and implementation work for overseas projects (autonomous forklifts), including network deployment, forklift LiDAR calibration, software debugging, scenario debugging, exception handling, customer training, customer technical support, etc. Promote the resolution of issues during project implementation, complete task objectives on time with guaranteed quality, and ensure timely project acceptance. Summarize and review work regularly, continuously improve efficiency to shorten the acceptance cycle. Output high - quality review documents and organize meetings for team sharing.
Job Requirements
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Candidates who can communicate with customers in English for business purposes will be given priority. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Bachelor's degree, major in mechanical engineering, robotics, software engineering, computer network technology, network engineering or related majors. Familiar with Windows and Linux systems; proficient in installing and deploying computer systems. A certain understanding of vision and point cloud technology is a plus. Candidates with a background in the robotics or autonomous forklift industry will be given priority. Proficiency in CAD - like drawing software is a plus.
