Job Responsibilities
Assist the general manager in handling daily affairs, including schedule arrangement, meeting organization and minutes taking. Coordinate communication between internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth information flow and project progress. Participate in the company's strategic planning and decision-making process, providing data analysis and feasibility suggestions. Manage and optimize work processes to improve work efficiency and team collaboration. Handle urgent matters on behalf of the general manager, and safeguard the company's image and interests.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in management, economics or related fields. Possess excellent organizational and coordination abilities as well as communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Have good logical thinking and analytical skills, and be capable of independently writing reports and proposals. Demonstrate a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, and be able to maintain a positive working attitude under pressure. Good image and temperament, with excellent professional qualities and team spirit.
