Job Responsibilities
Provide a series of operational services for branch customers, including trailer arrangement, customs clearance, document verification, cargo release, and post-sales service maintenance. Serve as a smooth "link" between the company, customers, and partners. Communicate and coordinate with the domestic operational customer service team. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and other matters; lead local operational and customer service staff in overseas branches to carry out their work.
