Job Responsibilities
1. Company Registration & Compliance * Serve as a registered director for a UK company to meet compliance or regulatory requirements. * Act as the UK-based representative during company formation and official correspondence. 2. Document Submission & Identity Verification * Provide valid identity documents such as a passport, driving license, or other government-issued ID. * Submit a recent utility bill (within the last 6 months) as proof of UK residential address (e.g., electricity, gas, water, broadband, or council tax). 3. Light Administrative Support * Handle occasional compliance-related requests such as document updates or verification submissions. * Participate in phone or video calls if needed to confirm basic company information with third parties. 4. Estimated Time Commitment * Initial Setup: Approximately 5–10 hours, depending on how quickly documents are provided. * Ongoing Support: Around 5–10 hours per month for occasional follow-up tasks.
Job Requirements
1. Must be a current resident of the UK and able to provide valid proof of identity and address. 2. Comfortable serving as a nominal (non-operational) director for official registration purposes. 3. Responsive and reliable, with the ability to handle basic administrative responsibilities. 4. Possess one of the following valid documents for ID verification: * UK passport * EU passport or national ID card * Full UK driving licence * Or a passport from one of the following countries: Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, Switzerland, South Korea, Israel, or Japan 5. Able to provide a recent UK utility bill or council tax statement for address verification. 6. Availability to start promptly and commit to light, ongoing monthly involvement.
