Job Responsibilities

Based on the customer's BOM/SRF, clarify relevant issues with the customer, prepare Chinese sample sheets, and import them into the system. Timely track the progress of materials and samples, inspect sample quality, and ensure samples are correct and delivered on time. Promptly collect feedback and issues from customers, pattern makers, and various departments, prevent risks in advance, and identify and resolve problems found during sample production in a timely manner. Submit samples/materials for testing, promptly feedback issues found in testing to customers and corresponding suppliers, seek solutions, and ensure all information is communicated timely and effectively. Fill in the ingredient list for each sample and provide it to the customer as required. Organize confirmed shoes, color cards, sample sheets, and other technical packages for ordered styles, and hand them over to the business department. Timely sort out sample sheets and deliver them to departments such as IE, CBD, and Technical Transfer. Handle tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Relevant operational experience in footwear brands; Proficient in English (CET-4/CET-6 or above); Familiar with office software; Meticulous, patient, and responsible; Positive, flexible, and team-oriented.
