Job Responsibilities
1. Team Management & Leadership Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to achieve goals. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability. 2. Performance Monitoring Track team performance and provide constructive feedback. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs. Ensure team meets deadlines and quality standards. 3. Communication & Coordination Act as a bridge between upper management and team members. Communicate goals, expectations, and updates clearly. Resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration within the team. 4. Planning & Organization Set short-term and long-term objectives for the team. Develop work schedules and allocate resources efficiently. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed. 5. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making Address challenges and find solutions to improve productivity. Make informed decisions in the team’s best interest. Escalate critical issues to higher management when necessary. 6. Training & Development Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills. Conduct onboarding for new hires. Encourage continuous learning and professional growth.

1.STRONG AND CLEAR SPEAKING VOICE - MUST BE CONFIDENT AND ARTICULATE. 2.EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - ABILITY TO ENGAGE AND HANDLE PEOPLEAND TASK. 3.ENERGETIC AND CHARISMATIC - CAN MAINTAIN A LIVELY AND ENTHUSIASTICPRESENCE THROUGHOUT THE COMPANY TASK GIVEN. 4.EXPERIENCE IN LIVESTREAMING AND HANDLING PEOPLE- BACKGROUND IN LIVESTREAMING, HOSTING, OR BROADCASTING IS A PLUS! 5.GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH AND -BILINGUAL SKILLS ARE A PLUS. 6.TECH-SAVVY - FAMILIARITY WITH LIVE STREAMING PLATFORMS AND BASICKNOWLEDGE IN MARKETING. 7.TEAM PLAYER - CAN COLLABORATE WITH OTHER HOSTS, PERFORMERS, ANDTECHNICAL TEAMS.
