Job Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager of the Malaysian company in formulating the company's development strategy and preparing for new projects, and drafting annual business plans. Assist the General Manager of the Malaysian company in managing daily operations and functional departments, coordinate relationships between internal departments, regularly convene and chair company management meetings, track the achievement of business objectives, and provide analysis and improvement suggestions. Establish and maintain good relationships with key clients, local government departments, media organizations, etc. Oversee the production coordination management of various products in the Malaysian company, including production planning, process optimization, equipment technical transformation, schedule control, quality management, and cost control; promptly resolve issues affecting production plan implementation to enhance production capacity and efficiency. Organize the establishment and improvement of the production command system, review production operation plans, monitor production progress, coordinate between functional departments and production workshops, supervise and inspect production work to ensure the completion of production tasks.
Job Requirements
Familiar with the production processes of the chemical industry and possess sound production management concepts. Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering-related majors, with an intermediate engineer title or above. Over 10 years of experience in large-scale chemical/project management, including at least 5 years of production management experience in medium-to-large chemical production enterprises; preference for those familiar with hydrometallurgical production management of lead, zinc, copper, etc. Familiar with the 5S management system, with excellent professional literacy and internal drive. Rich operational management capabilities in lean production, with strong logical thinking and comprehensive analytical judgment skills. Quick-thinking, strong execution ability, and excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills for daily and emergency affairs. Able to accept short-term business trips.
