Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Moscow company and formulate development plans. Develop marketing strategies, manage the sales team, and implement customer relationship management. Draft various operational management systems for the company. Lead the team in market development initiatives. Execute tasks in line with the strategic requirements of the head office. Conduct commercial contract negotiations and ensure contract delivery.

Job Requirements

Minimum 8 years of work or study experience in Russia, with at least 3 years of corporate management experience. Proficiency in modern corporate management theories, with over 5 years of team leadership and management experience. No adverse records in the credit systems of China or Russia. Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in marketing, management, etc.) or a complete MBA or business school study experience. Aged 30-45, in good health without infectious or chronic diseases. Familiarity with foreign trade policies, customs clearance, freight, and inspection procedures. Prior work experience in the IT industry and knowledge of IT market rules are preferred.
