Job Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for managing marketing affairs and business development of the Moscow branch. Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to increase the company’s market share and brand awareness in Russia. Manage the finance, customer service, investment promotion, and other departments of the branch to ensure efficient collaboration across teams and achieve corporate business goals. Develop and implement localized business development plans based on the characteristics of the Russian market and the company’s overall strategy, driving sustained growth of the company’s business in Russia. Maintain efficient and smooth communication with the domestic headquarters and e-commerce operations departments. Timely feedback market information, accurately align resources, and collaboratively solve various issues to ensure seamless connection and efficient operation of cross-border business. Conduct forward-looking research and predictions on market development based on in-depth insights and professional analysis of the Russian market, providing key basis and innovative ideas for the company’s strategic decision-making. Regularly participate in conferences and events hosted by leading Russian e-commerce platforms. Responsible for in-depth communication with platform parties, promptly and effectively resolving communication-related issues, actively expanding and maintaining platform cooperation relationships, and representing the company at various business activities to enhance the company’s reputation and influence in Russia’s e-commerce sector.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors in business, management, or related fields. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Russian, capable of using Russian as the working language for business negotiations, team management, and cross-departmental communication. Work Experience: At least 3 years of company management experience, with preference given to those with experience in managing overseas branches or cross-border projects. Industry Achievements: Demonstrated outstanding performance in Russia’s e-commerce sector, with a track record of successfully promoting brand localization and achieving significant economic benefits and market recognition. Professional Knowledge: Mastery of the entire Sino-Russian business process, including core links such as trade, logistics, taxation, and localization. Ability to effectively respond to and properly handle complex business matters and potential risks. Resilience: Excellent ability to work under pressure. Capable of remaining calm and responding proactively in complex and changing international market environments and high-intensity work situations to ensure the stable progress of the company’s business. Business Etiquette: Possess high-level business acumen and familiarity with business etiquette standards. Excel in image building, communication skills, meeting reception, dining etiquette, and business travel arrangements to showcase the company’s positive image and professional demeanor, facilitating smooth business cooperation. Negotiation Skills: Outstanding business negotiation capabilities. Ability to accurately grasp customer needs, use effective negotiation strategies and techniques to reach cooperation intentions, sign favorable business contracts, and safeguard the company’s interests and reputation. Platform Familiarity: In-depth understanding of major Russian e-commerce platforms, including platform rules, user characteristics, market share, and operation models, to provide strong support for the company’s e-commerce business in Russia. Leadership & Strategy: Sharp business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and outstanding strategic planning and decision-making abilities. Capable of leading the team to move forward steadily in complex and changing international market environments. Coordination & Problem-Solving: Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively integrate resources, resolve conflicts, and promote harmonious coexistence and efficient cooperation within cross-cultural teams. Work Arrangement: Willing to work in Moscow for a long term and adapt to international business travel schedules.
