Job Responsibilities
Strategic and Business Management Formulate and implement the strategic development plan for the German branch to ensure alignment with the Group's global strategic objectives. Oversee the overall operations of the branch, including market expansion, customer relationship maintenance, achievement of sales targets, and improvement of profitability. Analyze market trends in Germany and Europe, and drive localized business growth for mechanical and electrical products (such as industrial automation, mechanical equipment, etc.). R&D and Production Management Supervise the R&D or production system of the branch to ensure technical roadmaps comply with Group requirements, and promote localized product improvements. Coordinate Chinese and German teams to optimize R&D and production processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs. Lead technical docking with local suppliers and partners to ensure supply chain stability. Team and Cross-Cultural Management Lead a Sino-German hybrid team, establish efficient collaboration mechanisms, and resolve cross-cultural communication issues. Cultivate local talent while supporting the management and integration of expatriates from the Group. Compliance and Risk Control Ensure the branch complies with German and EU laws and regulations (e.g., trade, labor, environmental protection, etc.). Handle government relations, industry association docking, and prevention of potential business risks. Headquarters Collaboration Regularly report operational status to the Group and coordinate resources to support business needs in Germany and Europe.
Job Requirements
Educational Background Bachelor’s degree or above, with priority given to majors related to Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Manufacturing, etc. Work Experience Over 10 years of experience in the mechanical and electrical industry, with a background in R&D, production, or technical management, and familiarity with fields such as industrial automation and mechanical equipment. Over 5 years of mid-to-senior management experience; preference for those with comprehensive management experience in overseas branches or factories. Familiarity with the German/European market; candidates with local customer or supply chain resources will be prioritized. Identity and Language Chinese citizenship with German permanent residence (requiring legal long-term work authority). Fluent in both Chinese and German (written and verbal) to effectively coordinate Sino-German teams. Core Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to drive business from a technical perspective. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, adaptable to the Sino-German two-way management model.
