Job Responsibilities
Assist the Chairman in project management, formulate project plans, and supervise project implementation. Assist the Chairman in handling corporate public relations and external affairs to enhance corporate visibility and brand effect. Arrange the Chairman’s business negotiation liaison, meeting affairs, etc., and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business docking plans. Collect various statistical reports of the company required by the Chairman and provide comprehensive summaries. Follow up on matters assigned by the Chairman and report progress and results in a timely manner. Supervise the implementation of various systems or resolutions by each department and track the promotion of resolved matters. Represent the Chairman in major business and public relations activities with the Chairman’s authorization. Assist the Chairman in daily corporate management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; English as working language with fluent oral proficiency. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong psychological quality, and good professional ethics. Good image and temperament, familiar with business etiquette, height over 175cm. Priority given to those with expatriate management experience in Southeast Asia.
