主要职责 / Key Responsibilities ? 建立并维护与FCSI、厨房顾问、行业协会的全球关系网络 Develop and maintain strategic relationships with FCSI, consultants, and associations ? 代表公司参与行业展会、圆桌论坛和标准制定讨论 Represent BOTINKIT in forums, roundtables, and global events ? 与设备商、设计师、厨房工程师建立合作机制和联合项目 Initiate collaboration with manufacturers and foodservice engineering teams ? 推动样板试点、联合市场、方案共建等合作机制 Lead joint demos, co-marketing, and solution partnerships ? 构建可复用的顾问资源库和长期沟通机制 Build consultant and expert resource platforms for reference ? 协同销售与产品团队推进客户转化路径 Work with sales/product to convert partnerships into active pipelines

Job Requirements

? 英文母语+熟练中文 Native English speaker with fluent Mandarin ? 3年以上餐饮设备、协会或相关产业经验 3+ years experience in equipment manufacturing, associations or foodservice strategy roles ? 熟悉厨房设计、顾问机制、展会活动逻辑 Understanding of foodservice consultancy, kitchen design and events ? 擅长公共表达与高层商务沟通 Strong public communication and executive engagement skills ? 能接受国际出差与多元文化环境 Willingness to travel internationally and work across cultures 你将获得 / What You Will Gain ? 成为BOTINKIT全球市场品牌代表与关键通路创建者 Be the face of BOTINKIT in global foodservice strategy circles ? 直接参与全球客户与渠道合作路径设计 Help architect commercial pathways for global partners ? 与创始团队、产品与销售负责人并肩作战 Work closely with founders and cross-functional leaders ? 有机会参与长期激励与全球策略共建 Eligible for long-term incentive and strategic participation
