Job Responsibilities
1. Market Strategy & Expansion Develop and execute a 3-year go-to-market strategy for Europe, targeting €5M+ annual revenue. Identify and onboard key distributors, resellers, and SI partners to build a sustainable channel ecosystem. Lead high-stakes negotiations with enterprise clients and government tenders (e.g., education digitization projects). 2. Key Account Management Manage and grow relationships with top-tier European accounts (e.g., AV integrators, Fortune 500 corporate clients). Leverage existing industry networks to accelerate market penetration. 3. Competitive Positioning Monitor market trends, competitor activities (e.g., DLP/LCD advancements), and adjust pricing/positioning strategies. Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to tailor solutions for European market needs. 4. Revenue Leadership Own the P&L for the European region, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met. Implement scalable sales processes, including pipeline management and contract negotiations.
Job Requirements
1. Experience: 8+ years in B2B sales, with 5+ years specifically in projectors/AV solutions, preferably at EPSON, BENQ, Sony, or similar. Proven success in managing substantial growth annual sales and building long-term channel partnerships. Existing relationships with major European distributors, resellers, or SI partners. 2. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of European procurement cycles (e.g., education/government tenders). Familiarity with DLP/LCD/Laser projection technology and competitive landscape. 3. Skills & Traits: Fluent in English and German (French is a plus). Strong executive presence – able to engage C-level stakeholders. Willingness to travel (30–50% within Europe).
