Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership & Vision a. Define and articulate the long-term technical vision and strategy for DreamRobotic's AI, robotics, and humanoid product portfolio, aligning with overall business objectives and market opportunities. b. Identify emerging technologies, research trends, and disruptive innovations in AI, machine learning, robotics, humanoids, and related fields to inform strategic planning and competitive advantage. c. Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic imperatives for executive leadership, investors, and external partners. d. Drive the creation of intellectual property (patents, trade secrets) to protect DreamRobotic's innovations. 2. TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP & INNOVATION a. Lead the end-to-end technical development lifecycle of AI-powered robotic and humanoid systems, from conceptualization and R&D to prototyping, testing, and deployment. b. Oversee the architectural design and technical implementation of scalable, robust, and secure AI and robotics platforms. c. Champion a culture of relentless innovation, experimentation, and technical excellence within the engineering and research teams. d. Make critical technical decisions regarding technology stack, algorithms, hardware integration, and system design. e. Ensure the highest standards of technical rigor, code quality, and system reliability. 3. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT & APPLICATION a. Collaborate closely with product management and business development teams to identify market needs, define product requirements, and ensure technical feasibility for applications in industrial automation, military, aerospace, and consumer sectors. b. Drive the development of AI models (e.g., computer vision, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, motion planning) optimized for robotic and humanoid platforms. c. Lead the integration of AI capabilities into robotic hardware, ensuring seamless interaction, robust performance, and intelligent decision-making. d. Oversee the testing, validation, and continuous improvement of robotic and humanoid systems in real-world scenarios. 4. TEAM BUILDING & MENTORSHIP a. Recruit, mentor, and lead a diverse, high-performing team of AI researchers, robotics engineers, software developers, and hardware specialists. b. Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and challenging work environment that attracts and retains top talent. c. Develop career paths and provide continuous learning opportunities for team members.

Job Requirements

1,Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in AI and robotics, with at least 7-10 years in a senior leadership or executive role (e.g., VP of Engineering,,CTO, Head of R&D) at a leading technology company, research institution, or successful startup. 2,,Demonstrated track record of successfully bringing complex AI-powered robotic or humanoid products from concept to commercialization. 3,Proven experience building, scaling, and managing high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering and research teams. 4,Extensive experience in at least two of the following application domains: industrial, automation, military/defense robotics, aerospace robotics, or advanced consumer robotics/humanoids.
