Job Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Performance Management Formulate business strategies and annual operation plans for the Thai market, decompose and implement sales targets (including direct stores, robot stores, and other channels), and be responsible for profits, costs, and market share. Monitor operational data (such as sales per square meter, inventory turnover rate, repurchase rate, etc.), optimize operation strategies through data-driven approaches, and ensure targets are exceeded. 2. Business Expansion and Store Management Lead omni-channel expansion in the Thai market: coordinate site selection for direct stores, mall negotiations, decoration, and opening, and promote the network layout of robot stores. Establish standardized operation processes: optimize store display, inventory management, membership systems, and service standards to enhance consumer experience and brand loyalty. 3. Localized Operations and Marketing Develop localized marketing activities (such as co-branded IP pop-up stores, limited edition launches, campus trendy toy festivals, etc.) by integrating Thai culture and trend trends, and leverage social media to expand brand awareness. Collaborate with the headquarters' IP and product teams to promote the development of regional exclusive products (such as trendy toys integrated with Thai cultural elements). 4. Team Building and Cross-Departmental Collaboration Build and manage localized teams (operations, marketing, retail), establish training systems, and strengthen employees' understanding of trendy toy culture and sales capabilities. Collaborate with the headquarters' supply chain, engineering, and other departments to ensure efficient product fulfillment; maintain long-term cooperative relationships with Thai malls, agents, and government agencies. 5. Risk Control and Compliance Operations Be familiar with Thai retail regulations and tax policies to ensure business compliance; establish emergency plans to address risks such as supply chain disruptions and public opinion crises.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, with local education background; over 5 years of experience in the retail industry, and over 3 years of experience in overseas market operation (Southeast Asia preferred), having managed businesses with annual revenue exceeding $10 million. Prior experience in trendy toys, FMCG, or luxury goods industries is preferred; familiar with IP operation and fan economy models. Proficient in formulating differentiated strategies through market research, with the ability to develop new markets from scratch; candidates with Thai commercial real estate, media, and KOL resources are preferred, and capable of efficiently coordinating internal and external resources to advance projects. Fluent in Thai and English (or Chinese), understand local culture, and can communicate seamlessly with both headquarters and local teams.
