Brand Building and Marketing Activities: Fully lead brand construction, including brand positioning, image shaping, and brand communication, to build an industry-influential industrial coatings brand. Meanwhile, carefully plan online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and product market share. Market Analysis and Reporting: Apply professional market analysis methods to closely monitor market trends, collect and analyze industry data, regularly submit detailed market analysis reports to the company, and propose practical improvement suggestions based on analysis results to optimize company products and market strategies. Sales Target Achievement: Undertake the industrial coatings sales targets assigned by the company, formulate reasonable sales plans, and ensure the successful completion of sales tasks through effective measures. Market Development and Customer Relationship Management: Actively expand industrial coatings sales markets in East China and overseas regions, explore potential customer resources, establish and maintain good customer relationships, and continuously expand the company's product share in target markets.

Job Requirements

Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in marketing, chemical engineering, or related fields are preferred, with a solid professional knowledge foundation. Work Experience: Over 5 years of marketing team management experience in TOP 5 foreign-funded industrial coatings enterprises, familiar with the operation mode of the industrial coatings market. Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in using various market analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, advanced data analysis functions in Excel), with excellent data analysis capabilities to extract valuable insights from data and provide strong support for market decisions. Professional Image and Skills: Image and temperament meet the requirements for high-end business activities. Proficient driving skills, able to adapt to business trips as required. Good business reception capabilities, proficient in handling various business banquet occasions. Overseas Experience (Preferred): With overseas work or study experience, familiar with international market rules and cultural differences, which is conducive to expanding overseas business. Communication and Language Skills: Clear and fluent expression skills, good at seizing the initiative in business negotiations to reach cooperation intentions. Proficient in English or other foreign languages, able to communicate fluently in cross-border business scenarios, and ready to travel abroad for work as needed.
