Job Responsibilities
Target Management: Be responsible for overall planning of regional sales targets, customer development targets and target allocation, enabling the team to accept these targets and strive for them. Sales Management: Conduct local market analysis, adjust sales strategies in a timely manner, and assign tasks and supervise the implementation by the team. Personnel Management: Be in charge of the interview and recruitment of team members, provide work support, adjust their mental attitude and working status, manage work saturation and conduct performance evaluations. Customer Development: Utilize online websites, B2B platforms, offline exhibitions, personal networks and other channels to find target customers within the designated region. Customer Information Management: Analyze potential customers, collect their basic information, business requirements and other information, and input them into the company's designated system. Sales Promotion: Visit customers on-site or online, introduce the company's products, and follow up on sales opportunities. Regularly report progress and problems to superiors, promote products according to the company's strategies, and achieve sales targets. Customer Service and After-sales Service: Assist in visiting customers, sending samples and conducting technical exchanges. Properly handle after-sales problems and complaints to improve customer satisfaction. Market Information Collection and Analysis: Pay attention to market dynamics, collect feedback on the company's products, market trends, as well as the characteristics and prices of competitive products, and assist the company in conducting market analysis.
Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree or above. At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
