Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for the arrangement or monitor the transportation, Customs declaration and Inventory for the in-coming and out-going shipments for the business in the Southeast Asia. Ensure the shipments move smoothly and meet the requirements from the Client. Set up the KPI measurement for the External Logistics Service Provider, Having the regular performance review and Keep Improving the Service Level for the client. 2.Regular communication with the customer actively, receive the customer forecast and delivery requirements correctly. Combining with the production ability and supply ability, make long, medium and short term production plan and release relative purchasing order. Promote internal teams to produce in time and make correct delivery plan. According to the headquarters plan system index and stock index, control customer demand and factory stock which need regularly report to the headquarters Management and Monitor the material Supply from the Supplier in the Southeast Asia, Ensure the Material supply is on time and accurate. Set up the KPI measurement for the External Material Supplier, Having the regular performance review and Keep Improving the Service Level for the client.
Job Requirements
A bachelor's degree or above. At least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
