Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily customer reception, recommending health management service projects based on customer needs, and completing the collection and organization of customer information; 2. Assist doctors in customer management, achieve team task targets, maintain customer relationships, and improve satisfaction and conversion rates; 3. Improve and enhance the health management service process, and provide constructive suggestions based on customer needs; 4. Cooperate with department colleagues to complete daily operational work and handle on-site emergencies.
