This role is strictly for seasoned global account sales professionals BASED IN CHINA. If you’ve never navigated complex, multi-stage international deals or consistently beaten demanding revenue targets, please don’t apply. Only candidates with 2+ years of related international B2B selling experience, still based in China, and a proven track record need apply. Shortlisted applicants will face further hurdles of technical submissions, interviews and rigorous due diligence. Why This Role Is Not for Everyone This is a hands-on role where you will be thrown straight into the deep-end - proactivity and initiative is a must. You will be expected to present, argue and communicate decisions, plans and strategies to hard-nosed peers and sceptical executives. Office-based at our Zhejiang production site, near to an established and still developing town, commutable in under an hour from Hangzhou. Only candidates who can demonstrate true international B2B sales prowess will be considered. About the Role You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for global accounts in the hand and power tools sector, from identifying prospects to closing and nurturing long-term partnerships. You’ll work autonomously, leveraging data-driven insights to forecast pipelines and exceed quotas. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for international clients. • Negotiate commercial terms (FOB, CIF, DDP) and secure contracts with senior stakeholders. • Use your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, OKKI or similar) to drive visibility, forecasting and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Your Profile • Proven track record: Minimum 2 years’ B2B sales experience, with documented five/six-figure deals and quota over-achievement. • Global fluency: Expert understanding of cross-border trade practices and fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian) advantageous. • Analytical communicator: You craft compelling proposals, interpret data to sharpen your approach and build credibility at C-level.
