Job Responsibilities

Formulate the overall business strategy and plans for relevant cross-border e-commerce platforms in accordance with the company's business strategic planning. Draft business operation goals and plans, achieve rapid business growth, and carry out work with an operational mindset and result-oriented approach. Establish standard operating business processes, clarify the responsibilities of personnel in various positions, assist in team building, and establish internal departmental assessments to improve efficiency and organizational capabilities. Be responsible for researching the needs of overseas consumers, determine product positioning and combinations, and ensure the competitive product positioning of each platform. Regularly conduct systematic analysis, summary and review of project data, and propose improvement plans. Lead the localization strategy for overseas markets (including cultural adaptation, regional pricing, payment habits, social media gameplay, etc.), and establish a brand perception that is different from the domestic market.

Job Requirements

With over 5 years of cross-border e-commerce management experience; must have at least 3 years of experience in the trendy toys/collectibles/pan-entertainment industry, and have fully participated in at least one trendy toy IP project with a scale of over 10 million yuan. Familiar with the establishment, maintenance and optimization of the operation system and processes of mainstream cross-border e-commerce platforms. Have successful cases of IP incubation from 0 to 1 or cross-regional expansion, and have experience in cross-cultural team management (e.g., having led a multi-national team of more than 10 people). Possess strong market insight and data analysis capabilities, and be able to adjust and optimize operational strategies based on data. Excellent team leadership skills, result-oriented, and able to motivate team members to achieve sales targets. Good communication and interpersonal coordination skills, with strong pressure resistance and problem-solving abilities.
