Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for customer service work such as daily feedback response and sorting of Middle Eastern products, understanding player needs through user feedback and solving player problems; 2. Responsible for Arabic translation and proofreading; 3. Responsible for community operation and management of Middle Eastern products, including planning community activities, posting, feedback collection, etc.; 4. Responsible for localized operation of Middle Eastern products, providing localized support for product design and user experience;
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, experience in Internet work, familiar with the work process and atmosphere of Internet companies, experience in the game industry is preferred 2. Native Arabic is required, understanding of Arab culture and history, proficiency in Saudi dialect is preferred 3. Fluent in Chinese, no daily communication barriers 4. Have a long-term work visa in China or can ensure long-term stay in China
