Job Responsibilities
? Develop strategies and sales targets for expanding overseas major home appliance clients by analyzing target customers and markets in combination with the company’s actual situation. ? Maintain effective communication and build strong partnerships with key personnel from target overseas home appliance clients. Enhance customer satisfaction and identify new sales and repeat sales opportunities based on customer usage scenarios and extended needs. ? Coordinate internal and external resources to form and manage a key account service team, address client-side issues, and achieve set sales targets. ? Participate in market research and competitor analysis; communicate market trends to the R&D and operations teams to help plan products and production capacity in advance. ? Attend major industry exhibitions and summits relevant to the focus industry to raise the company’s profile.
Job Requirements
Strong academic background (Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable institution). ? Fluent in English, with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills for seamless communication with overseas clients. ? At least 5 years of international sales experience in the home appliance or components industry; experience serving top-tier international home appliance companies is preferred. ? Familiar with the upstream and downstream of the home appliance industry or component supply chain, with a strong professional network. ? Strong learning ability, excellent in resource integration, communication, negotiation, and stress management. ? Highly goal-oriented and self-driven.
