Job Responsibilities

1. [Recruitment Management] According to the company's business development needs, develop a recruitment plan, and organize the recruitment, selection, interview, and allocation of talents, establish a talent resource database, and regularly conduct recruitment summary, analysis, and channel management; 2. [Personnel Management] Responsible for coordinating the procedures for local employees to enter, become regular employees, leave, manage Personal Information Records, and pay social security and housing provident fund; 3. [Employee relations] Regularly communicate with employees to understand their mindset and pay attention to their development; 4. [Corporate Culture] Responsible for the promotion and transmission of the company's corporate culture; 5. [Team management] Do a good job in local human resources team management and do a good job in team training; 6. [Business Support] Helping managers effectively manage teams, including team building, employee care, employee motivation, policy implementation, etc. 7. [Public Relations] Responsible for the communication and docking of local government departments in Malaysia and the handling of Public Affairs, helping the headquarters company cope with the impact of local policy adjustments.

Job Requirements

1. More than 5 years of work experience in human resources, including 3 years of team management experience, familiar with various modules of human resources, rich recruitment experience, deep thinking, able to quickly and accurately make professional judgments and decisions when encountering problems. 2. Familiar with MY local laws and regulations, able to help the company solve local employment problems, timely warn of employment risks, and have experience in dealing with local employment compliance issues of Chinese-funded enterprises; 3. Excellent project experience and project management skills, able to coordinate internal and external resources and cooperate with others to achieve results; 4. Strong logical thinking, communication skills and learning ability, need to be proactive, responsible and stress-resistant; 5. English must be advance and Chinese can be used as working languages.
