Job Responsibilities
1.Work closely with the talent acquisition team for a seamless hiring process 2.Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across the various departments of the organisation 3.Build a strong employer brand for the company, by finding and hiring part-time candidate for the job 4.Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring, with relevant job descriptions and announcements
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent),fluent in English and we give preference in candidates who can speak Chinese 2.Experience in HR recruiter hiring and developing recruitment strategies 3.Knowledge of IT and Web3 related fields 4.The drive to grow professionally through networking and training opportunities
