Job Responsibilities
1. Publish attractive Spanish/Portuguese promotional content on social media, including company introductions and product information, and spread it through social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. 2. Actively interact with potential customers on social media, collect retention information, and establish preliminary customer contacts. 3. Coordinate and follow up on retention leads through email or online meetings, understand customer needs through phone or email, and assist the sales team in facilitating negotiations. 4. Regularly update and maintain the language pages of the company's official website to ensure the accuracy and updating of information. 5. Assist the sales team in conducting market analysis and competitor research, and provide support for developing sales strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent communication skills in Spanish/Portuguese, with strong written and oral expression abilities; It is better to know other minor languages; 2. Skilled in summarizing, induction, and analysis, with good logical thinking ability; Familiar with office software applications (Word/Excel/PPT); Capable of video production/editing 3. Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills; 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, work diligently and meticulously, work for three months or more, and prioritize working for three days or more per week.
