Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Communicate with Japanese clients via email, phone, and video meetings Translate product information and client requirements accurately Develop marketing content in Japanese for social media, websites, and online marketplaces Support the sales team with order coordination, customer service, and follow-up Assist with trade shows and exhibitions (online or in-person) targeting Japanese markets Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis in Japan Support administrative tasks related to Japanese business development
Job Requirements
Fluent Japanese (spoken) Good communication skills in English or Chinese Friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented personality Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required) Prior experience in sales, marketing, or trading company is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online communication tools
