Job Responsibilities
• Building inventory management and tracking format • Manage logistic expenses based on your professional evaluation, which saved the company $2000 on logistics. • Accounts Receivable • Prepare HR paperwork for new employees onboard and negotiate with insurance agent to setup company insurance benefit. • Warehouse management: use professional judgement to set up the warehouse and manage inventory. • Follow instructions to assist sales with POs and invoices but using professional judgement to determine the order process case by case. • Answering office landline, and forward to sales or manager if necessary • Setup credit card charge platform.
Job Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of relevant experience. • Strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability. • Ability to work under pressure and proactively solve problems
