Job Responsibilities
Customer Development and Maintenance: Under the guidance of superiors, independently develop, maintain, and expand local industrial sewing equipment customers (focus industries: clothing/bags/home textiles). Product Recommendation and Sales Execution: Deeply understand customer needs, precisely recommend our company's products, and promote sales implementation. Market Research and Reporting: Be responsible for market research and customer feedback, and regularly submit sales progress and market dynamics reports. Activity Organization and Participation: Assist in organizing and participating in local exhibitions, technical briefings, customer visits, and other activities. Sales Process Management: Handle sales processes related to quotation, order, payment collection, after-sales service, etc. Cross-Departmental Communication: Maintain good communication with the headquarters' sales, technical, and product departments to ensure service quality.
Job Requirements
Nationality & Residency: Local candidates; Vietnamese or Indonesian nationals are preferred. Age & Education: Aged 25-40; bachelor’s degree or above (majors in marketing, mechanical engineering, international trade, etc., are preferred). Languages: Fluent in English; candidates who can communicate in Chinese have an advantage; mastery of Vietnamese/Indonesian (local languages) is required. Industry Experience: Preferred with sales experience in industrial equipment or sewing machine industries (familiarity with brands such as JUKI, JACK, SIRUBA, PEGASUS, etc., is a plus). Personal Qualities: Outgoing personality, strong stress resistance, good customer awareness, and sales skills. Teamwork & Communication: Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in driving goal achievement. Other Advantages: Gender-neutral (males preferred); candidates with a background in garment factories or machinery hold an edge.
