Job Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience; 5 - 8 years or more is preferred. Possess extensive cross-cultural and cross-team management experience. Have excellent language skills and the ability to manage local white teams. The local white teams report directly to this position. Have experience in managing teams of at least dozens of people.
