Job Responsibilities
Take full charge of the sales business in overseas emerging markets (such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, etc.). Formulate market entry strategies and localized operation plans, and establish and manage local sales teams and channel networks. Set and achieve regional sales targets, and ensure the growth of profit margins and market share. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior, and optimize the product portfolio and promotion strategies. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and supply chain teams at the headquarters to drive the successful launch and continuous sales of products in the local market. Establish in-depth cooperative relationships with local key account (KA) customers and the retail system.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: A bachelor's degree or above. Those with a professional background in international marketing, economics, or related fields are preferred. More than 5 years of overseas sales experience in TO C products. Experience in expanding emerging markets is preferred. Familiar with various sales models such as local retail, e-commerce, and distribution, and have practical operation experience. Possess good cross-cultural communication skills and be able to adapt to long-term business trips or working abroad. Those with team management experience are preferred.
