Job Responsibilities
Oversee all preparatory work for the Indonesian factory, including sample equipment procurement, factory renovation, personnel recruitment, etc., to facilitate the subsidiary’s prompt transition into formal operation. Develop marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of the Indonesian market, including but not limited to: participating in local exhibitions and summits; inviting clients to visit the local factory or the China headquarters factory; establishing charging station demonstration sites in local business districts; and identifying multiple local product agents through the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and provincial chambers of commerce to form stable cooperative relationships. Assume the annual sales target for Indonesia as required by the headquarters, and handle pre-sales and after-sales issues in foreign trade operations, including basic equipment installation and aging tests. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
English proficiency at TEM4 level or above, with fluency in professional communication. At least 2 years of overseas sales experience (preferably in Southeast Asia), with a solid understanding of foreign trade procedures. Prior work experience in the new energy industry chain will be prioritized. Possess entrepreneurial passion and strong teamwork spirit, with meticulous attention to detail, strong hands-on capabilities, and adaptability.
