Job Responsibilities
1、Key Responsibilities(岗位主要职责) 1. Strategic Planning & Execution(战略规划与执行) - Translate and implement the Headquarters’ strategic goals and corporate culture into actionable plans for the Indonesian subsidiary. - Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and long-term vision. - Provide expert HR and administrative insights to support Indonesia’s **mid-to-long-term operational planning**. 2. Human Resources Management(人力资源管理) - Optimize and manage end-to-end HR operations, including: - Recruitment, training, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and career development. - Leadership hiring for key roles and oversight of team-driven recruitment processes. - Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies to maintain harmonious labor relations and resolve disputes promptly. - Foster a positive corporate culture to enhance employee engagement and productivity. - Mitigate HR and administrative risks (legal, operational, reputational). 3. Administrative Management (行政管理) - Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to support business operations. - Oversee administrative workflows, including asset management and regulatory documentation. 4. Cross-Cultural Coordination (跨文化沟通与协调) - Establish effective communication channels between HQ, overseas teams, and expatriates. - Address cross-cultural challenges and promote diversity & inclusion in the workplace.
Job Requirements
1. Basic Requirements (基本要求) - Nationality(国籍): Indonesian citizen or Indonesian-Chinese (preferred). - Language(语言): - Fluent in English (mandatory for workplace communication). - Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage (not mandatory). - Education: Bachelor’s degree from an Indonesian university. 2. Professional Background(专业背景) - Preferred Experience: 5–10 years in HR leadership roles, ideally within multinational companies (Japanese, Korean, or American firms are highly valued). 3. Core Competencies(核心能力与品质) - Accountability: Willingness to take ownership and drive results. - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to address complex challenges. - Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a focus on achieving business targets.
