Job Responsibilities

Sales Execution and Risk Management Implement sales plans, acquire and convert potential orders, track order progress, and assess/control risks in negotiation processes. Evaluate and mitigate potential risks during order negotiations, ensuring smooth transaction progress. Customer Solution Provision Master company philosophy and products, understand customer needs, and provide personalized solutions. Tailor proposals to meet unique client requirements based on in-depth product knowledge. Customer Relationship Management Maintain, liaise with, and track customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction. Regularly engage with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Contract & Quotation Management Communicate and confirm contract terms with clients, finalize quotations, and follow up on sales contracts. Ensure contractual agreements align with client expectations and company policies. Logistics & Order Fulfillment Sign sales contracts, track production scheduling, shipping, and port consolidation, providing timely updates to clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and transparent logistics updates. Payment & Invoicing Management Follow up on customer prepayments and account receivables, issue invoices, and close sales contracts. Ensure financial processes (payment collection, invoicing) are completed accurately and on schedule. After-Sales Service Coordination Resolve customer after-sales issues to enhance satisfaction and strengthen client stickiness. Address complaints promptly to maintain positive long-term relationships.

Job Requirements

Experience At least 1 year of overseas sales experience. Language Proficiency Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (working proficiency required). Professional Competencies High sense of responsibility and stress tolerance. Strong communication and coordination abilities, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Learning & Adaptability Innovative thinking and a commitment to continuous learning. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Personal Attributes Optimistic, positive mindset with growth-oriented thinking. Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
