Job Responsibilities
Sales Execution & Risk Management Implement sales plans, acquire and convert potential orders, track order progress, and assess/control risks in negotiation processes. Customer Solution Provision Master company philosophy and products, analyze customer needs, and provide personalized solutions. Customer Relationship Maintenance Manage client relationships through regular liaison, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Contract & Quotation Management Confirm contract terms and final quotations with clients, and follow up on sales contracts. Logistics Coordination Sign sales contracts, track production scheduling, shipping, and port consolidation, providing timely updates to clients. Payment & Invoicing Follow up on prepayments and receivables, issue invoices, and finalize sales contracts. After-Sales Service Resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction and long-term partnership.
Job Requirements
Education Bachelor’s degree or above. Professional Background Majors in machinery or automotive industries are preferred. Language Skill Proficiency in English is preferred. Core Competencies Strong customer service awareness and cross-departmental communication skills. Personal Attributes High execution ability, self-motivation, and stress tolerance.
