Job Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales Receive customer inquiries, understand their needs, and achieve sales targets. Sales Administration Maintain sales records, conduct inventory checks, reconcile accounts, and complete sales statistics as required. Merchandising and Operations Undertake daily operations including goods inspection, shelf 陈列 (display), restocking, returns, and loss prevention. Store Maintenance Keep the assigned area clean and tidy. Ad Hoc Tasks Complete other duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

Dispatch Locations: Tokyo airport duty-free shops, mall counters, etc. Japanese proficiency is mandatory! Experience Prior sales experience in beauty or retail specialty stores is preferred. Personality & Appearance Outgoing and approachable; candidates with excellent image and temperament may have relaxed requirements. Communication Skills Clear speech and strong interpersonal skills. Work Attitude Proactive, with a strong service orientation and customer acquisition ability.
